  • Call our office before applying for any property to verify that we have units currently available to rent.

  • There is a $35.00 non-refundable application fee. Applications will not be processed until the application is complete and the application fee has been paid.

  • Each person living in the apartment over 18 must complete a separate application.

  • Minimum Income Requirement –Gross Monthly Income of 3 times the rent. Proof of income is required.

  • Morleigh Inc. checks the applicant's credit history, criminal background, rental history, and income verification.

  • On approved applications, a Non-Refundable Holding Fee of $400.00 is required. This fee will secure a unit for up to 30 days and be deducted from the total move-in balance.

  • If you have a pet, you must call to verify that the property you are interested in accepts pets. Call the leasing office before applying if you have questions regarding our pet policies, procedures, or additional fees.

  • Morleigh Inc. uses electronic communication to contact applicants and tenants via call, voicemail, text message, email, and any other form(s) of electronic communication.

To complete our application, please have the following ready.

  • Photo ID (government-issued ID)

  • 4 current paystubs (proof of income)(MUST included applicant's name on paystubs, including screenshots)

  • Vehicle registration (if you will be parking a vehicle in the tenant parking lot)
